Osteopathy Syros \u2013 Mobile Appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To ensure availability for all patients and maintain a professional schedule, the following cancellation policy applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appointment Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> may incur a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where possible, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee of up to the full session cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is because mobile appointments require travel time and reserved scheduling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Missed Appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are not present at the agreed location at the scheduled time and prior notice has not been given, the full appointment fee may be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rescheduling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rescheduling with more than 24 hours\u2019 notice is free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exceptional Circumstances<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I understand that unexpected situations may arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion in cases of genuine emergency or illness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobile Visits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For home, hotel, or villa visits, please ensure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The address and access details are correct
\u2022 The treatment space is available at the agreed time
\u2022 Communication is maintained if there are any delays<\/p>\n\n\n\n
