To ensure availability for all patients and maintain a professional schedule, the following cancellation policy applies:
Appointment Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Where possible, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee of up to the full session cost.
This is because mobile appointments require travel time and reserved scheduling.
Missed Appointments
If you are not present at the agreed location at the scheduled time and prior notice has not been given, the full appointment fee may be charged.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice is free of charge.
Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that unexpected situations may arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion in cases of genuine emergency or illness.
Mobile Visits
For home, hotel, or villa visits, please ensure:
• The address and access details are correct
• The treatment space is available at the agreed time
• Communication is maintained if there are any delays
