Your first appointment is designed to understand your concerns, assess mobility, and create a structured osteopathic treatment plan tailored to you.

What Happens During Your First Visit

We begin with a detailed discussion of your current concerns, medical history, lifestyle and activity levels.

    A structured physical assessment follows, which may include posture analysis, movement testing and, where appropriate, orthopaedic or neurological testing.

      Hands-on osteopathic treatment is provided based on the assessment findings. Techniques are adapted to your comfort and may include structural, cranial or visceral approaches.

      You will receive guidance on posture, movement and simple exercises where appropriate. A plan for follow-up sessions may be discussed if needed.

      The first appointment lasts approximately 60 minutes.
