For patients requiring continued care, a structured treatment plan often provides the most consistent and effective results.
This package offers five follow-up sessions at a preferential rate and is available after your initial consultation.
Which Appointment Should I Book?
If you are a new patient
Please book a First Osteopathy Appointment. This allows enough time for a full case history, assessment, treatment, and advice.
If you have seen me before
Please book a Follow-Up Osteopathy Appointment, unless you are coming with a completely new issue that needs a full reassessment.
If you are pregnant or postnatal
Please book a First Osteopathy Appointment if it is your first session. Treatment will be adapted to your stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery.
If you are unsure
You are welcome to contact me before booking. You can briefly describe your symptoms, location, and preferred appointment time, and I will advise you which appointment is most appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, especially where travel time has already been reserved for your appointment.
If you are unwell, have a fever, or develop symptoms that may require medical attention, please contact me before your appointment so we can decide whether treatment should go ahead.
